We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note:
• Returns due to delivery timing or change of mind are not guaranteed for approval.
• Requests for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishables (e.g., vitamins, supplements)
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Items marked on sale
Issues with your order or defective items must be brought to our attention and returned within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at sales@autismworldke.co.ke to submit for a return authorization.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Additional Terms
Orders placed on behalf of third parties or with notes requesting omission of invoices are considered reseller orders. Our liability extends only to the purchaser of record. We are not responsible for customer support or disputes arising from the purchaser’s customers.
By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us directly with any issues before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate our published policy.
